crelve ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application "QuestGoal" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

• Goal data (goal titles, descriptions, deadlines, categories)

3.1 AI Features and Data Sent to a Third-Party AI Service

What is sent. When you use an AI feature, the text you type into that feature and any image you explicitly choose to attach are sent from your device to the Gemini AI service operated by Google LLC, through Firebase AI Logic. Your name, email address, contacts, location and device identifiers are not included in these requests.

How it is collected and used. The data is collected only at the moment you submit a request in an AI feature, and it is used solely to generate and return the response you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Your permission. The App asks for your explicit permission before any data is sent to this service. AI features stay disabled unless you agree, and the rest of the App works normally if you decline. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings screen.

Third-party protection. Google processes this data as our service provider under the Firebase and Google Cloud terms, which require it to protect the data to a standard equivalent to the one described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

1. With your consent
2. When required by law
3. When necessary to protect life, body, or property
4. With service providers listed in "Third-Party Services" above (limited to purposes stated)

5. Data Retention

We retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide our services or until you delete your account. After account deletion, personally identifiable information will be deleted within a reasonable period. Local data stored on your device (goal data cached via Hive) can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect collected information, including AES-256 encryption for local storage and HTTPS for all data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Access: Request access to your personal information we hold
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (account deletion available in App Settings)
• Data Portability: Request a copy of your personal information
• Opt-out of Advertising: Upgrade to Premium to remove ads; or use iOS Settings to limit ad tracking

8. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or other means. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this page.

10. App Tracking Transparency

On devices running iOS 14.5 or later, we will ask for permission before tracking your activity across other apps and websites. You can still use the basic features of the App even if you do not allow tracking. Premium users are not shown ads and are not tracked for advertising purposes.
